What really is the definition of a friend?

That quote "A friend is a gift you give yourself" is so completely true. I think friends are there whenever you need them, they listen and are never judging, they never sneak behind your back and always are up front with all actions that may be related to you. Friends understand you, friends relate to you, friends feel you, friends are simply there for you without asking. Friends tell you the truth.

Dictionary's definition is very simple "one attached to other by affection". friends are always there. Friends do not hide anything. Friends listen and friends counsel. Just one simple question..

How many true friends do you have?

  3. Brute, you can have many friends. But what matters is who stays close to your heart at all times describes who your best friends are while giving or sharing.
